All our goods are made to order, we carry no inventory.  This process is more sustainable as it eliminates excess inventory that can sit on shelves and eventually be thrown into landfills.  We source our products from Boston, New York, Nigeria and London.

Most orders are delivered within 15 days from date of order. The final arrival time depends on the product ordered, the shipping destination, and the chosen shipping method.

Most garments are best cared for by machine washing in cold water with like colours. Tumble dry low, iron if necessary.

We offer a range of shipping options.  Shipping costs vary based on the number of items in the order, the weight of the package and the final destination.

Once orders are fulfilled they are sent to the designated delivery service at which time an email containing a tracking number will be sent to the same email used to place the order.  Customers seeking up to date order status should doseofosa@gmail.com

We offer returns or exchanges for unsatisfactory goods.  Unwanted items must be received in the same condition in which they were delivered.  We do not offer returns or exchanges for damaged, worn or washed articles. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If an order is missing an item or includes unwanted items please contact doseofosa@gmail.com and include the following information:
  • Customer name
  • Order number
  • Email used to place the order
  • Unwanted/Missing item
  • A member of our customer service team will review the inputs and contact you with appropriate actions to be taken.

If an order has not yet been sent to the delivery company we may be able to change the destination address.  Customers seeking to alter the shipping destination of their order should contact doseofosa@gmail.com

How do I cancel my order?2018-10-26T10:03:32+00:00

Order cancellation requests must be sent to doseofosa@gmail.com.  In most cases, if an order has not shipped a full refund will be issued.  If an order has already shipped it will need to be returned to us at the customer’s expense before we can issue a refund.

We directly accept the following types of PayPal payments with a credit card: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region.

If your bank operates in a difference currency e.g. EUROS, then they are responsible for determining the exchange rate. This means that they will use their own nominal rate to convert our price in $USD to your local currency. You will then be charged in your own currency.
